Emily Kraus
444 Days, a solo exhibition of works by Emily Kraus and curated by Lisa Modiano, is on view at Sandra and Giancarlo Bonollo Foundation for Contemporary Art in Vicenza, Italy through November 30, 2024.
The work is housed in a beautiful restored 18th-century church within the monastic complex of the Dimesse in Thiene, creating a dialogue between historical architecture and contemporary art. The exhibition’s title encapsulates the time elapsed between the inception of Kraus's earliest displayed piece and the completion of the most recent. The show is accompanied by a video interview of Kraus and a text by Lisa Modiano.
