Janine Antoni: Public Lecture

Janine Antoni will be giving a lecture at the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art in Hartford, CT, on January 25th at 5pm EST. As part of the museum's Emily Hall Tremaine Lecture in Contemporary Art program, Antoni returns to the Wadsworth for the first time since her 1996 MATRIX exhibition to discuss the development of her practice and reflect on her influential contributions to contemporary art. Prior to the conversation, there will be a viewing of Antoni’s sculpture Lick and Lather (1993), recently donated to the Wadsworth's permanent collection.
